She went above and beyond to help me through the process, including taking extra steps to coordinate with the dealership making everything much less stressful. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference.

Eddie Monterrozo, the Member Service Representative at the Placentia branch, is hands down one of the kindest and most patient bankers I’ve encountered. I came in with a lot of car loan and account issues that had been going on for a while, and it was a complete mess. Eddie was the right guy to handle it. Despite the circumstances, he didn’t judge and immediately went to work, calling different departments and advocating on my behalf. In an age where everything is done online or over the phone, it’s easy to forget that sometimes you need to go into a branch and deal with a real human being who can make a difference. Often, when you call in, you don’t get the same level of personalized help. Eddie’s approach reminded me how valuable in-person service can be. There were a lot of issues to go through, but Eddie tackled them one by one, educating me on how to handle things moving forward. This guy deserves a raise for sure.

Staff is extremely friendly, especially the security guard (s). Always busy, but worth waiting in line. ATM machines are always busy, sometimes they get temp unavailable. Luckily today, Brinks was there fixing the atms before this weekend. Tellers are always happy, go above & beyond. It's the best credit union to visit. Close to work & home

I've been with SchoolsFirst for 15 years and I have to say this is one of the best Credit Unions I have ever been with they are so genuine honest compassionate caring going the extra mile type of customer service at every Bank should have nobody can touch these people I have dealt with from the credit union from Cypress Placentia Anaheim Hills Temecula Santa Ana they are all truly amazing and beautiful people inside and out the call center amazing I've never ever gotten anyone ever rude. They have always been above and beyond amazing with their customer service I have spoken with the lady named Miriam and collections because I had missed a payment on my credit card amazing I had gotten fraud done on my account I dealt with a young man named Ernest in the fraud department amazing I cannot talk anymore about this Credit Union they are God sent and they are the beautifulest people ever you guys rock keep doing what you're doing because you're doing something right.
