I took the CareerSmart California RCFE Administrator Certification program and was very impressed. The online portion was organized, interesting, and easy to navigate. The live sessions were taught by individuals who currently work as executive directors of senior facilities or had worked in licensing, so they were a wealth of information. I felt the course totally prepared me for the certification exam as well as working in the field. I definitely will return to CareerSmart for CEUs.

When it comes to training in the Senior Care Industry, you can't beat the training from this organization! I have attended several of their classes, as well as other companies' classes, and trust me, these guys are the best. The team at CareerSmart is so experienced and most of them have been on the Licensing side of the fence for many years prior to joining CareerSmart, so they get what Licensing expects, yet they are advocates for the licensee also. Do not hesitate to be schooled by CareerSmart!

Easy to follow and readily available tutorials that provide CEU credit!! Career Smart offers so many options that provide access to multiple specialties and focuses. Ive taken online and inperson classes. I like the flexability of being able to choose which works better for the topic you select. I highly recommend checking out Career Smart! They make it sooo easy.

CareerSmart has high quality training programs. Courses on dementia are excellent. Online portal is easy to navigate, and if customer service is ever needed, CareerSmart is terrific.

I just finished 40 hours for RCFE continuing ed for renewal of administrator's license. They really need to get a young person to fix all the issues with the program. About 80% of the time, after I finished the class, I was unable to fill out the obligatory "course review", in order to get my certificate of completion. I had to email tech, and they would tweek it on their end, email me back, and then I would have to open it up, go back in and finish. What a nuisance! Furthermore, if I didn't finish a class in one sitting, and I wanted to go back to it. The program did not open up where I left off and I had to redo another half hour or more of the class. Again, I had to email tech etc. Fix your program people!!
