Update: While the initial move-in process was uniquely bumpy, management was prompt to attend to the issues. Maintenance and cleaning crew came out the next day and the house is now in perfect condition. Aside from the sometimes slower than ideal communication, everyone has been very helpful and courteous. Cole has been quick to address any other concerns and the maintenance guys are awesome. Really appreciate the fast response to a very stressful situation.

I scheduled a tour for Friday at 1:00 PM and even received a confirmation text the day before. I followed all the instructions, parked by the mailbox, and waited for 20 minutes. No one showed up. No one answered the phone. Every number I tried went straight to voicemail, no matter how many times I called. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience. I immediately removed this community from my list of options, and I do not recommend it to anyone based on this level of service.

100 stars if I could! David Lawshe and all parties included made selecting a home, the procedures, and communication a giant step above the rest. I'm happy I found this community and greatly look forward to it's growth. The location is peaceful and helps me destress from the typical Birmingham experience.

Great location and the Maintenance team is responsive and handles issues quickly. I love the quiet country setting but you still have the convenience of the city.
